FrameOne was put through rigorous testing and is certified to be used as commercial flooring in restaurants, offices and other public spaces. Load Bearing Tests were done according to the national Building Regulations SANS10160:2010 and SANS10400:2010. The working live load capacity is 300kN/m2.

A frame 2m x 2m can support 1200kg distributed load. The frame is supported by four posts at 2000mm beam span and 1700 joist span.
